1965 Chevelle Tilt Steering Column A Body Cutlass GTO GS El Camino OEM GM 64 66

I recently bought a NOS and rare used parts collection out of the estate of a collector that was mostly into 1964-1967 Chevelles. I plan to list each of these parts here on EBay starting at .99 with NO RESERVE. Check out my other listings for more of these parts.

This is an original tilt steering column out of a 1965 Chevelle. This came out of the parts stash mentioned above. I imagine this column was pulled out of a car in the 80s or 90s.  I believe this column fits many 1964-1967 GM A Bodies. Please confirm your specific application.
It appears to be complete less one lever and the external turn signal switch as shown(available reproduction). The steering shaft spins well. The internals turn signal switch and cable move as the should. The tilt mechanism works properly and seems to be tight, not sloppy.
The only stamping I see on this column is on the forward collar. It is stamped: "239 5". I imagine this means the 239th day of 1965. Don't miss this awesome factory floor shift tile steering column.
