These sets are being called "HEADLESS FLAMINGOS" simply because the factory made a big a production error.  They didn't place the fabric right before cutting the cummerbunds and now none of the tops of the flamingos heads can be seen within the print.  OUR LOSS IS YOUR GAIN!  We are blowing these out for only .95 per set.  Regular price is .95 each.  This mistake by the factory just saved you .
Made of a beautiful cotton material (flat finish).   The bow tie measures approximately 2.5” in width from top to bottom and features a matching adjustable band that will easily latch on for closure and adjust to fit neck sizes 13” - 20.5”.   The cummerbund features a fully adjustable elastic waist to accommodate waist sizes 28”-46” with a sturdy metal clasp closure.
