German Prussian Imperial Officer's Sword Rich A Herder Solingen

WWI German Army officers dress sword with scabbard unmarked.  This is a period original piece.  There is a missing lower part of scabbard.    The blade is used but in great shape.  The tip has rust to the end but not bad.  and some surface rust that may  clean out.   bid with confidence.  It does have a nice cipher on the handle.
