ORANGE & YELLOW BAKELITE Buttons, Mah Jong Coins, Buckle, Poker Chip Necklace

One of a kind and ALL GENUINE BAKELITE!
This fun necklace features a centerpiece of a
large, 3 shades of ORANGE pendant constructed from a buckle, a poker chip and a faceted button.
The centerpiece is 2 1/4" in diameter and is flanked by a pair of yellow poker chips topped with big, swirled orange cabochons, then a pair of orange poker chips, that are topped with a pair of butterscotch Mah Jong coins, next pair a of swirled yellow poker chips with orange Bingo markers. A medium pair of butterscotch swirled with orange poker chips, a pair of smaller butterscotch chips, ending with a small pair of orange mini chips to finish off the necklace.
An eye-catching CHUNKY necklace done with GENUINE, SIMICHROME TESTED, VINTAGE BAKELITE POKER CHIPS, MAH  JONGG COINS and Bingo markers
, dangling from a BLACK PLASTIC CHAIN.
Everything except the chain, clasp and jump rings is genuine, vintage Bakelite.
The necklace is 20" long with a hook closure. The poker chips are 1 1/2" and 1" in

I have been collecting Bakelite bits and pieces for years (I just love the look, feel and sound) and have begun concocting these

All the components (poker chips, buckles, buttons, mah-jongg coins, guitar picks, slides, tiddlywinks, etc.) are genuine to the 30's-40's and are Simichrome tested Bakelite. All the Bakelite has had a long life already as something else before it's new life as a spectacular necklace, so there will be some imperfections and wear...CALL IT PATINA! I
have
polished the pieces to reveal all that glorious color. Just think, the poker chips have been played with for 60-70 years since they were made. Oh, the stories they could tell ;0)!
