Right of withdrawal / Return
Sales of products via the Internet are governed by the Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22/05/1999 which regulates the matter of distance contracts, that is carried out outside commercial premises.
This right is reserved exclusively to natural persons, therefore it cannot be exercised by legal persons and by natural persons acting for purposes related to any professional activity they may carry out. To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary to send, within 10 working days from the receipt of the goods, a communication in which the willingness to withdraw from the contract is expressed.
The right of withdrawal is lost if the returned product is not intact, that is: - lack of the original packaging - absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, instruction manuals etc) - damage to the product for reasons other than transport.
In the case of purchase on our site and consequent desire for withdrawal, it will be necessary to send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, or an email, requesting a return to the same address as the seller, within 10 working days of receipt of the goods.
