Taiyo Japan Tin Ford Fire Chief Car In Box unused condition. Condition is "Used". (i will say used due to age but it appears to be unused) Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. This car has been in the box since new but please look at the pictures carefully as it has aged and it does show in places.  Condition indicates that it appears to have never been played with.  It takes two "D" size batteries.  I have put batteries in it but it does not work when the switch is turned on.  There is no corrosion in the battery compartment.  The car has not been stored with batteries in it.  I would venture to say that its just never been used.  The top of the box is worn and dusty. Let me know if you have any questions. I would say that a car like this in the box unused would be a rare find.
