Cummerbunds Galore!
In the late 1930’s in Fairbanks Alaska a costume store was born by a magical character of the times. After growing her business from a popcorn store that grew so tremendously, it had no choice but to became a costume shop. The great flood of Fairbanks led her on the path to anchorage,
Alaska
to continue her legacy as a costume store owner. She then became one of largest costume shops on the west coast. In 1979 my mother purchased the business from her and became its proud owner.  I became a partner with my mother, after being raised in the business, at the age of 18 and stayed in the business with her until her passing in 2012.  It was in 2016 that I decided to adapt with the ways of the world and become an online reseller. So, you can only imagine how many vintage gems I have uncovered and I am now bringing to you.
I have a total of 157 cummerbunds in this listing ranging in various colors. Pleats range from 3-5, hardware varies in condition per item. These are vintage items and colors may vary in shade. Condition ranges from excellent to gently used vintage. A small portion have a sheen to finish, majority are flat. Please let me know if you desire one or the other. Condition ranges from excellent to slightly used on cummerbund front.
