Vintage Art Deco Black Plastic Pendant Carved & Painted with Rhinestones

From a recent estate sale is a vintage art deco era black plastic pendant. The pendant is unmarked and measures about 2" by 1 1/4". It is very light weight and might be celluloid - it does not test as bakelite. The pendant has crystal rhinestones and dots of pale blue paint. There are shallow lines carved onto the face that have been filled to make them show white. I'm not sure what the filler is - it could be paint it just looks thicker than that. The filler has worn away in the lines - particularly around the outside edge lines. The pendant is about 4mm thick. There is fine surface scratching consistent with age and use.
