I offer 30 day returns for buyers, unless an item is listed for "parts or repair" with no returns.
I have very few returns, but in the event that an "Item not as described" return is necessary, I ask that buyers follow e-bay's policy and upload photos of the issue so the return can be expedited as efficiently as possible.
I often upgrade shipping at my cost for buyers.  For larger items I occasionally change shipping from USPS 2-3 Days to FedEx 2-3 Days in an effort to keep business costs low.
I will offer local pick-up for my items, so please message me if you are local.  Payments for local pick-up must be made through e-bay.  Depending on where we meet I reserve the right to charge a small fee for fuel & time.
If you are unable to pay for an item, please message me and ask me to cancel your order.  This allows me to re-list the item for another buyer and prevents me from going through e-bay's unpaid item process.
