VTG 30s Celluloid Catalin 4-Strand NECKLACE,7 CARVED Butterfly & Parrot Charms

FOR THE SERIOUS COLLECTOR:  VINTAGE 1930's Dark Brown CELLULOID or CATALIN Plastic 4-Strand Bead NECKLACE With 7 CARVED Butterfly & Parrot Charms Hanging from a 10" Tassel. From my grandmother's estate. She had a large collection of Bakelite jewelry, but this piece did not test positive with Simichrome.  The plastic is translucent near the edges of the charms and is very smooth and glossy, most likely Celluloid or Catalin.
The charms are 4 PARROTS ( 2 1/8" height x 1" width) and 3 BUTTERFLIES ( just under 2" width x 1 3/8" height).
The charms have decorative carvings and  several areas where white resin still remains in the carvings to highlight the designs. Length of 4-strand beaded necklace is 30" (excluding tassel) and total weight is  100 gm. Necklace is strung on cotton string that may have to be replaced.
