Vtg Art Deco Faux Carved Coral Roses Celluloid On Brass Necklace Filigree Panels. Shipped with USPS First Class.
I found this necklace in my great grandmothers attic along with a bunch of others. I have not had a chance to research much but I found out these roses were typical of things made in the art deco. Sometimes in Czechoslovakia and sometimes in the United States.
I think this necklace has such an elegant old-fashioned look to it, that it will be a complement to any outfit that’s worn summer winter or fall.
The design on the panels is very detailed and quite elegant and looks like a chrysanthemum or even a small sunflower.
The plastic celluloid roses are in quite good condition but expect that there are chips and Nicks as expected from some thing that’s almost 100 years old I have included photographs where I thought there was a defect that should be noted. The 10 karat gold stamped clasp does not appear to be original to this piece as the coloration is a little different than the gold toned brass. This is a no return item so please bid thoughtfully and only bid what it is worth to you.
